Nazeem is the Founder of The Dandelion Philosophy and serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of providing strategic guidance across both the organisation's Social Entrepreneurship and Charitable endeavours. With a proven executive track record, Nazeem previously held the position of Vice President and Global Head of Strategy, Product, and Transformation at The Northern Trust in the United Kingdom. In this role, he successfully led global transformation programs and facilitated strategic shifts.
Nazeem's commitment to social consciousness extends beyond The Dandelion Philosophy. He has founded and sits on the board of various socially conscious businesses in South Africa and the United Kingdom. His focus areas encompass Early Childhood Development, Women and Youth Challenges, Education, Sustainability, Agriculture, and Interfaith Relations.
Nazeem's educational background is diverse, with degrees and certifications in Economics and Management Accounting, Neuroscience, and Psychotherapy. This breadth of knowledge equips him with a comprehensive understanding of multiple disciplines, enhancing his ability to lead The Dandelion Philosophy effectively.
Ahmad Alfilimbany

Ahmad, the Senior Director and Head of Investment Operations at the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, plays a pivotal role in supporting the country's transformation plans through infrastructure development and system implementation. In addition, he holds a position on the Board of Tahakom Investment Company (TIC).
Ahmad's management experience spans across multiple locations with The Northern Trust Company, including the United States, India (Bangalore), and Saudi Arabia. In his previous role as Head of Investment Operations at The Hassana Investment Company of Saudi Arabia, he demonstrated his expertise in conducting audit reviews, executing due diligence exercises, and implementing intricate cross-functional procedures to align with organisational objectives and strategies.
With an educational background comprising an MBA in Corporate Finance, a CME-1 Capital Market Authority License, and certificates in Marketing Management and Sustainable Enterprise, Ahmad possesses a robust skill set and knowledge base to excel in his role. His contributions greatly add to the success and growth of both the Public Investment Fund and Tahakom Investment Company.

Currently, she imparts knowledge and guidance across various subjects in the intermediate educational phase, collaborating closely with school counsellors and the Ethos Committees, which focus on Child Safeguarding.
Throughout her illustrious career, Diana has undertaken significant roles, including Head of Ethos and Pastoral Care, where she orchestrated activities that fostered the growth and development of young individuals. Additionally, she served as the Administrator for the Catholic Schools Office, assuming responsibility for monitoring and coordinating a diverse range of educational programs.
Driven by a profound passion for nurturing the potential of young minds, Diana firmly upholds the importance of treating each person with dignity while fostering self-awareness, accountability, and self-love. She holds a Bachelor's of Education Honours Degree in Religious and Values Education and has further honed her expertise through programs in Educational Management, Human Resources Management, Basic and Adolescent Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Life Coaching.

With extensive experience as a strategic empowerment coach, educator, and DEI thought leader, Dr. Powell passionately works towards a more equitable and inclusive future for all. She is deeply dedicated to enhancing educational and organisational outcomes through innovative, research-based practices.
Employing her expertise, Dr. Powell drives the mission of empowering BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Colour) communities, aiming to create a sustainable future through targeted programmes and strategic partnerships. Under her leadership, The Black Bridge Custodians unite leaders, leverage resources, and foster agency, resilience, and hope for leaders of colour. This group also serves as the Strategic Advisory Board for The Dandelion Philosophy.
With a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, an M.S. in Math Education, and a B.A. in Psychology/Elementary Education, Dr. Powell's academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to fostering equity and empowerment in education. Notably, she has contributed to the field as a motivational speaker, strategic change agent, and advocate for parents and families, focusing on culturally responsive teaching and STEM/STEAM education.

The Dandelion Philosophy’s Senior Leadership Team consists of high-level associates who oversee daily operations and have expertise in different areas of the organisation. They are responsible for steering philanthropic and for-profit work, achieving targeted outcomes, and meeting financial goals. Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors, they play vital roles such as creating a vision aligned with the organisation's strategy, implementing effective strategies, setting departmental goals, coordinating with other departments, recruiting and evaluating team members, and managing risk analysis and mitigation. Together, they ensure the organisation's overall plan and strategy are executed successfully.
